LEADERSHIP PLANNING
Strong collaborative teams operate with a great degree of alignment and trust. How can leaders build resilient school communities in which constituents feel included and there is trust and connection for increased resilience and engagement? OESIS offers leadership consulting for individuals and teams to help grow and build emotional intelligence awareness. With increased emotional intelligence, research has shown that leaders have more success in developing and supporting collaborative communities in which participants feel a higher level of motivation and are inspired to change and explore to achieve even greater results. This process begins with an evaluation and a debrief using our partner 6 Seconds’ proprietary assessment tool. An individual and then an aggregate team version looks at strengths and gaps. A coach will be paired with each member of your leadership team. Each team member is also given an asynchronous set of modules designed to further guide participants in understanding and leveraging their emerging emotional intelligence and social emotional skills. After the EQ course, participants will have the opportunity to again take the SEI assessment and determine the level of further coaching necessary. At this point a baseline has been established for the future.
