Costs are in the range of $5,000 per day with discounts for member schools.

We have held 6 @ School OESIS conferences for between 100-250 attendees: OESIS London at Eton College, OESIS Bryn Mawr School (MD). OESIS Indian Creek School (MD), OESIS Beijing at No. 35 High School, OESIS Honolulu at Punahou School, and OESIS L.A. at Chadwick School (CA).
It usually takes 6 months to plan such a conference. The best time to do one is on a dedicated PD day so all your faculty will attend. We have to support the cost of flying in OESIS Network Leaders depending on the focus you desire and we will seek local proposals from other schools ideally who could participate. A rule of thumb budget will be $20,000 per day and this can be offset with registrations from other schools. Advisory Program Design
Schools all around the country are looking closely at their Advisory Programs and we can help: some schools are looking at bringing greater cultural competency through Advisory: others are looking at community building through social and service opportunities; others are looking to bring students more connections with authentic audiences of peers; others are seeing student wellness issues bubble up and are looking at peer support and counseling strategies; others are looking at providing time for passion-based pursuits and maker activities.
