Flex-Blended Learning:  While this Pathway is particularly appropriate for this year’s fall planning, it is also a widely accepted model for the ongoing delivery of programs at independent schools. Beginning with the opportunities for and advantages of blended learning, we move to the integration of blended learning with the traditional academic program, flex models that work well in a blended setting, tools for implementing effective blended learning, and design/implementation considerations. There is also an optional milestone focused on space, schedules, technology infrastructure, and other logistical issues related to the flex-blended model of delivery. During the design phase, participants will have the opportunity to meet virtually with several experts in the flex-blended field.
